How an order runs
Sourcing
We source each order to the grade and specification you ask for. VG grades are supplied to IS 73:2013 and emulsions to IS 8887. For penetration grades and export orders, we work to the standard named in your contract. The batch test report from the source travels with the supply.
Commercial coordination
Before dispatch we confirm in writing the grade, quantity, packing, price, payment terms and delivery schedule. GST invoicing and the transport documents are prepared with the dispatch, and export documents are agreed with the buyer for each shipment.
Delivery
Drums go by truck to any location in India. Bulk bitumen goes by road tanker to your plant or site. Export cargo is packed in drums and moved in containers to the port. We keep you informed until the material is received.
